Online Session
The online session gives you access to personalized nutritional care via video call — no matter where you live. The quality, approach, and outcome remain exactly the same as an in-office session.
Whether you are outside of Athens, or simply prefer the flexibility and comfort of your home, the online session is designed to fully meet your needs.
The online session takes place via Google Meet or, upon agreement, via Viber. The meeting link is automatically sent with the confirmation email.
What the First Session Includes
The online session takes place via video call and follows the same structure as the in-office session:
- Getting to know and discussing your needs, goals and expectations
- Detailed recording of medical, pharmaceutical and nutritional history
- Evaluation of biochemical tests
- Discussion about your eating habits, preferences, and practical limitations
- Discussion on the structure of the nutrition plan
- Setting realistic goals that fit your lifestyle
Practical Details
- Duration of first session: ~60 minutes
- Platform: Video call (details sent after booking)
- Nutrition plan: Sent within 24 hours of the end of the session, along with nutritious recipes and practical nutritional tools
- Support: It continues after the session — we don't leave you alone

What You Need for the Session
- Computer, tablet or mobile phone with camera and microphone
- A quiet place where you can talk comfortably
- Any recent biochemical tests (if available — you can send them via email before the session)
