These terms describe how the website is used, the appointment booking process, the available payment methods and the no-refund policy for The Way We Eat services.

3. Services
The Way We Eat provides nutritional care services, which may be carried out in the office or remotely, depending on the service the client chooses.

4. Appointment bookings
The website may use an online booking system, so that the user can select a service, date, time and session type.
- The booking is completed when the user correctly fills in the required details and receives a confirmation.
- Available appointments are displayed according to the office's calendar and availability.
- Submitting a booking does not necessarily mean that special requests are accepted, unless these are confirmed in writing.
- The user must provide accurate contact details, so that they can receive a confirmation, reminders or instructions.
- In the event of a technical problem with the booking system, you can contact us by phone or email.
5. Payment methods, prices & receipts
Service prices are displayed, where applicable, during the booking process or are communicated before the session takes place.

- If online payment is enabled in the future, the transaction will be completed through the respective payment provider.
- The Way We Eat is not responsible for temporary delays, rejections or technical problems caused by banks or payment providers.
- The receipt or legal document is issued in accordance with applicable tax legislation.
- Any bank charges or third-party provider fees are not controlled by The Way We Eat.
- Payments for confirmed or prepaid appointments are non-refundable, unless otherwise provided by applicable law or if the cancellation is due to the fault of The Way We Eat.
6. Cancellations, appointment changes & no-refund policy
Once the booking and, where applicable, the payment are completed, the appointment is considered confirmed. Please check the service, date and time carefully before completing your booking.

For online bookings or future online payments, explicit consent may be requested for the immediate provision of the service, in accordance with applicable law. Once the service has been provided or after a no-show for a confirmed appointment, no refund is provided, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Specific terms for online sessions
Online sessions take place via video call. The link or connection instructions are sent after the booking or with the confirmation email.
- The client is responsible for the operation of their device, internet connection, camera and microphone.
- The session must take place in a space that ensures privacy and comfortable communication.
- Recording or filming the session without prior explicit consent is prohibited.
- If a technical problem occurs, an effort is made to reconnect or reschedule, where feasible.
- If the client does not connect to the online session without timely notice, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.
8. Health information & client responsibility
For the proper provision of the service, information may be requested regarding medical, pharmaceutical and dietary history, biochemical tests, goals, habits and other information related to the nutritional assessment.
- The client must provide accurate and complete information.
- The client must inform us of any changes in health, medication, pregnancy, allergies or medical instructions.
- Nutritional guidance does not replace monitoring by a doctor or other healthcare professional, where this is required.
- In a health emergency, the client must contact a doctor or the relevant emergency services immediately.
9. Limitation of liability
The Way We Eat makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date. However, it does not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruptions, technical errors or delays.
- We are not responsible for temporary inability to access the website or the booking system.
- We are not responsible for problems caused by third-party providers, such as hosting, email, banks, payment providers or video-call platforms.
- We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user during booking or the session.
- We do not guarantee a specific outcome from nutritional guidance, as each body responds differently and the result depends on many factors.
10. Intellectual property
The content of the website, including texts, images, logos, graphics, articles, recipes and nutritional guidance material, is protected by applicable intellectual property legislation.
- Copying, republishing or commercial use of content without prior permission is prohibited.
- The personalized nutrition plan is intended exclusively for the client to whom it is provided.
- Reproduction of excerpts is permitted only with a clear reference to the source, where this is lawful and reasonable.
11. Applicable law & amendments
These terms are governed by Greek law. For any dispute that may arise, the Greek courts have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by a mandatory provision of law.
The Way We Eat may update or amend these terms when necessary, for operational, legal or technical reasons. The latest version will be published on this page.
