From a young age, I was interested in the relationship between humans and food — not only as a health issue, but as part of everyday life, psychology, and quality of lifeThis interest led me to dietetics and in the commitment to helping people find their own way of eating — a way that respects their needs, preferences, and pace of life.
Today, through the The Way We Eat, combine the scientific knowledge with a human approach. Every person who comes into my office or connects online brings with them a unique story — and that's where we start.
Studies & Clinical Experience
In 2024 I completed my studies at Department of Dietetics and Nutrition of University of Thessaly.
As part of my studies, I completed a five-month internship in "Agia Sophia" Children's Hospital, where I gained clinical experience in nutritional treatment and counseling complex clinical cases — an experience that significantly shaped the way I work today.
Research Project
During my studies I participated in two international scientific publications:
- “Combined Effects of Diet and Physical Activity on Inflammatory Joint Disease: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis” — publication in MDPI Healthcare, which was the cover of the magazine in May.
- “Dietary Phytic Acid, Dephytinisation and Phytase Supplementation Alter Micronutrient Bioavailability — A Literature Review of Human Interventions” — publication in MDPI Nutrients, cover in November. I had the honor of presenting this study in 2nd International Conference on Nutrition Sciences and Dietetics.
Specialization & Continuing Education
- Training in coping eating disorders and obesity — KEADD (Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders)
- Training program "Nutrition and Healthy Pregnancy" — Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, regarding nutritional support of the woman and the fetus during pregnancy
- Postgraduate program "Applied Nutrition and Health Promotion" specializing in childhood and adolescence — Medical School, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (from September 2025)
At the same time, I continue to stay informed about new developments in the field of diet through conferences, workshops and scientific publications.
Professional Identity
Possess license to practice a profession as Dietitian-Nutritionist (2024) and I am an active member of Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists of Greece.
My dietician's office is located at Voula, Attica, while at the same time accepting appointments and online via video call.
