everyday life, psychology, and <strong>quality of life<\/strong>This interest led me to <strong>dietetics<\/strong> and in the commitment to helping people find their own way of eating \u2014 a way that respects their needs, preferences, and pace of life.<\/p>\n\n<p>Today, through the <strong>The Way We Eat<\/strong>, combine the <strong>scientific knowledge<\/strong> with a human approach. Every person who comes into my office or connects online brings with them a unique story \u2014 and that's where we start.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1fef74a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"1fef74a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80ac72d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"80ac72d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Studies &amp; Clinical Experience<\/h2><p>In 2024 I completed my studies at <strong>Department of Dietetics and Nutrition<\/strong> of <strong>University of Thessaly<\/strong>.<\/p><p>As part of my studies, I completed a five-month <strong>internship<\/strong> in <strong>\"Agia Sophia\" Children's Hospital<\/strong>, where I gained clinical experience in <strong>nutritional treatment and counseling<\/strong> complex clinical cases \u2014 an experience that significantly shaped the way I work today.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-37970ba elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"37970ba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Research Project<\/h2><p>During my studies I participated in two <strong>international scientific publications<\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li><strong>\u201cCombined Effects of Diet and Physical Activity on Inflammatory Joint Disease: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 publication in <strong>MDPI Healthcare<\/strong>, which was the cover of the magazine in May.<\/li><li><strong>\u201cDietary Phytic Acid, Dephytinisation and Phytase Supplementation Alter Micronutrient Bioavailability \u2014 A Literature Review of Human Interventions\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 publication in <strong>MDPI Nutrients<\/strong>, cover in November.
